Our rates vary depending on both the services provided as well as the state in which you reside. Our average pay per shoot is $52 and the time required to complete a shoot is 1 to 1.5 hours. We pay on a semi-monthly basis. Work performed between the 1st of the month and the 15th of the month will be paid on the 20th of the month. Work performed on the 16th of the month thru the end of the month will be paid on the 5th day of the following month.
All of our photographers work on an as-needed basis. Which means we do not guarantee the amount of work you will get. The amount of photoshoots that you receive depends on where you live and the number of orders we receive in your general area. Depending on your willingness to travel you may receive more shoots.
When first hired there is typically a ramp up period where you can expect a handful of shoots. Depending on your skill level, flexibility, willingness to accept more shoots, and the number of the orders we receive will determine if you receive more shoots.
Still Photography: We require either a Full-frame or APS-C sensor digital SLR or mirrorless camera. Any camera with a sensor size smaller than APS-C is not allowed without our permission.
For a full-frame sensor camera a rectilinear wide angle lens with a minimum focal length of 17mm (16mm or less preferred) is required. For a crop-sensor (APS-C) camera a rectilinear wide angle lens with a minimum focal length of 12mm (11mm or less preferred) is required. The use of lenses with focal lengths smaller than the preferred minimum is permissible as long as there is no barrel distortion (fisheye effect). The use of lenses with focal lengths larger than the required minimum is forbidden.
The only other equipment needed is a monopod and a tripod.
Drone Photography: We require that you have a drone with a image stabilizer, that can shoot in raw and a minimum of 12 MP, and that follows all the FAA regulations.
We rely mostly on ambient light for each photoshoot. Our photographers may use flash photography or any other artificial lighting equipment as long as there is no direct hard light or reflective light. All artificial light must be evenly distributed using a diffuser.
NO. We give photoshoots only to photographers that already have the required equipment. However, if you are anxious to work with us and all you need is a lens, go get it! But keep in mind we do not guarantee the number of shoots you will receive so buy at your own risk.

NO. We only schedule shoots with photographers that already have liability coverage in place.
You need a minimum of $300,000 in coverage per occurrence; however you are free to purchase more coverage if you'd like. Though we only require General Liability coverage and automobile insurance coverage, you are welcome to purchase any other type of insurance.
